We are selling the journey only on twin sharing basis.
Travel4life is a full-service travel company with expertise in handling unique travel experiences but that will be independent of your Tomorrowland Global Journey.
No this does not include Visa fees, but our visa partners will be happy to assist you with your visa application if needed (INR 2000 Per Person standard cost)
Booking Procedure:
1) If you receive this mail. You have already been registered on our database .
2) We will contact you on and give you an option to book. Please note this is done on a first come first serve basis and those who have registered first get first preference as we have very limited seats.
3) On Contacting you we give you a choice to Book . In which case you make either do a Bank Transfer or Cash via secure payment Gateway provided by us.
4) On receipt of Full payment, we send you a confirmation for your entire Journey and vouchers are delivered as per the below schedule only
How we deliver our package:
1) Package Confirmation and Invoice Within 24 Hours
2) Hotel Vouchers and Flight Ticket If Selected Within 48 Hours of Booking.
3) Internal Transfers, Shuttle Voucher, Airport and Train Transfers 3 Months Before Travel
4) Tomorrowland Bracelet at The Will Call Pick Up Desk at Tomorrowland Gates.
5) Visa Services by Our Partners Visas kart 6 Months Before Travel.
Cancellation and booking policy:
** Please note each person can only book for 4 passengers on twin sharing basis, however we have exceptions for Group bookings for more than 4 with separate lead guest name.
** 50% of the total amount has to be made for Travel4life to start blocking package and share vouchers as per schedule above. Remaining balance must be paid within 14 days.
** We are only selling these travel packages and they are completely operated by Tomorrowland itself.
** Price Includes taxes 5% GST and 5% TCS is mentioned in your individual quote provided by the travel4life destination manager. Please refer to that for breakdown.

**Tomorrowland package is completely non-refundable, however in cases of VISA REJECTION only, the below terms are applicable:-
**Flight ticket cost is refunded after deductions made by airlines if any, this information is always mentioned on your air ticket and travel4life does not charges service fees to process this refund.
**All Hotels amount paid is 100% refunded
**Internal Europe transfers, Airport transfer, Daily transfer for Tomorrowland is 100% refundable.
